Postpartum Support

• Postnatal care for the birthing person and baby

• Organization of the nursery, feeding locations, pumping area, diapering stations, etc.

• Sibling + pet care

• Comfort techniques for baby

• Relaxation opportunities for the birthing person/parents

• $40/hour for singleton

• $50/hour for multiples

Virtual Postpartum Support

• Flexible availability to answer daily questions as they arise

• Breast/chest feeding support and/or virtual help with bottle feeding and/or pumping

• Virtual emotional support - normalizing and validating your emotional needs

• Comfort/soothing techniques for baby

• Help bonding with baby - baby wearing, bathing, swaddling, etc.

• Relaxation techniques and ideas for the birthing person/parents

• $30/hour

Overnight Support

• Allowing parents to rest while tending to baby

• Bringing baby to parents at feeding times and/or giving bottles to allow for more rest

• Postnatal care for the birthing person and baby

• Breast/chest feeding support and/or help with bottle feeding and/or pumping

• Light housework + laundry

• Organization of the nursery, feeding locations, pumping area, diapering stations, etc.

• Comfort techniques for baby

• $50/hour for singleton

• $60/hour for multiples

Sometimes birth takes us by surprise! Allow me to prepare your home for your new family’s arrival. I will happily ready your home prior to the birth or during your hospital stay. This package will include:

• Light housework + laundry

• Organization of the nursery, feeding locations, pumping area, diapering stations, etc.

• Preparation of meals

• Errands - grocery pick up, etc.

While I don’t have formal training, I do feel that we express our love through food. I enjoy nourishing family’s souls and bellies!
